Poor Germany! To lose in, literally, the last minute of the game is so heartbreaking for them. Not that you guys care but I felt so sorry for them. Of course, that also led to one of the best moments of the tournament for me, which was Jurgen Klinsmann comforting his players on the field after the loss. There is nothing better (or more elusive!) that a man who isn't afraid to be comforting like that in public. Sigh However, if they had to lose, I'm glad it was to Italy I had a feeling they would lose, considering their history, so it wasn't very surprising. Anyway - FORZA ITALIA! Take the whole shebang, baby!

Italy bringing on all their superstars when it started to smell penalty shoot out. Perhaps the statistics Germany 5-0 and Italy 0-3 in previous WC shoot outs were on their minds? Very stylish goals though, but I don't think Italy was less tired than Germany, they were just finally able to capitalize on one of their opportunities. If Podolski had scored on one of his chances in extra time, Germany would be in the final.

:red: What a boring match! Whereas Germany-Italy was exciting until the last minutes of extratime this match was practically over when Zidane scored. And wtf was that goal gesture and solo celebration about? I wonder what Gallas and Thuram was shouting at Zisou? They looked pretty upset. The Frenchies were no fun yesterday, so FORZA ITALIA on Sunday! ;D

Portugal. Ah well, Deco and Viana are still berry berry pretty ;D Forza Italia all the way! Stupid Frenchies, Zidane bores me and Henry went down way too easily yesterday.
