 I just never get the order of play for the WTA champs. Justine plays two times before Serena even plays her first match? Sporting logic says it should be Serena vs. Jankovic before the next round is played. It was the same last year I recall. Maybe they have a multi-year deal with the US Open organizers?

It makes no sense. Hantuchova & Ivanovic will play twice, too...
I guess to have one match in one group and two matches from another. Why they don't play 4 matches a day, I'll never know.
That's one over-priced ticket, tho. I wonder if they venue is half-full like it was in LA.
